In April 2019, Trade Trak launched a collaboration with Burdens Plumbing in a venture to supply them with a state of the art trade portal. The portal that we have designed allows Burdens customers to simplify the process of ordering with Burdens while also allowing them to streamline their business using Trade Trak’s advanced job management features.

 

Now, rather than wasting countless hours on phone calls, checking products and prices, or travelling to and from Burdens stores, customers can place material orders in a matter of minutes, all from the app. By using the portal, customers have access to tens of thousands of products, and better yet – the price that has been negotiated in store with Burdens will also be available on the app. The portal also always has the recommended retail price listed, so customers truly know that they’re snagging a good deal.

 

Material orders can be sent through the app directly to the store of the customer’s choosing. They can even select whether or not they would like to pick up or have the order delivered, and then specify the address and required date and time. To minimise the paper trail and admin headache, all past orders and invoices are also recorded on your account and can be accessed at any time.
