To help our Trade Trak users in using the COVID Safe Templates we released this week, we’ve created a short demo. This video runs through the process of:
- Accessing the Template Store
- Adding the templates to your account
- Editing the templates
- How you can use them for your business
To use the templates, you first need to have a job on Trade Trak.
If you are only creating the job for the purpose of using the templates, you can create one job to store the COVID Safe Plan and the COVID Attendance Register. Once the job has been added, you can create as many reports (using the templates) as you like and edit as many times as needed.
Please note, SWMS need to be site specific so in order to use this, you will need to create jobs for each site.
Each job costs one job credit (or $1) to create on Trade Trak. However, when you signed up you received 5 for free. If you would like to check your remaining balance, you can click here.
