Use our step-by-tep guides to help teach you the ins and outs of Trade Trak.

  • Read through our extensive knowledge base articles.
  • Watch our tutorial videos.
  • Use the in-app live chat feature to ask our team questions if you’re having any trouble.

One off training via screen share

One-to-one training call with a Trade Trak expert to discuss a specific business need or in-app feature drill down.

  • Ideal option for those that have already completed training and still have questions or need a refresher.
  •  Useful for those that have mostly self-onboarded but still need assistance in some areas.
  • Customised session to cover the features your business needs help with.
  • Does not include data entry.

In-person run-through of the entire app with two Trade Trak experts, and training on how to use the core features. Conducted at our office in Knoxfield.

Please note this is only available via screen share during the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Broken up into 2×2 hour sessions.
  • Each session is customised to suit your business’s needs.
  • Ideal for business owners or admin staff that are likely to be managing the company’s account.
  • Includes the setup of clients, suppliers, users, finance defaults and company details to make your account fully functional.

Although our training packages get your account set up to the point where it's functional, you may have additional data you need entered, but don't have the time to do so yourself. Leave it with us.

On your behalf, we can enter the data for:

  • Reports (e.g. Job Completion, Site Survey, Safety Check Sheet)
  • Standard supplier price lists in a CSV or Excel format.
