Support Comes First at Trade Trak

At Trade Trak, we strongly believe that quick and reliable customer support is the most important aspect of any business. There’s nothing more frustrating as a consumer than not having your voice heard, we get it. That’s why our focus is on supporting our users by listening and responding as quickly as possible.

We have many ways you can get into contact with us so we can answer all of your questions. For current users, we have the support chat function, which can be found in the bottom right corner of the app. This chat is fully manned through regular business hours for timely responses. We also understand not everyone works within regular hours and while it may take a little longer, we will still endeavour to reply as quickly as possible outside of working hours.

We also have a new support phone line for those with immediate issues that may find it easier to talk it through over the phone. This support line is operational from 10am-4pm Monday to Friday but you can also call outside of these hours and leave a message. The number for this is +61 3 6158 8725.

If you would like to reach out from outside of the app, we have a number of methods for contacting us on our Contact Us webpage. We also have extensive help guides and tutorial videos which you can find here that may help answer any questions or queries you may have.
